Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing activities within the unit.
• Utilize clinical judgment to deliver safe, effective patient care.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
• Supervise and support nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Valid RN license in the state or compact licensure.
• Current Basic Life Support certification; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) may be required based on unit.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
