Overview

The Charge Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care based on theoretical concepts and standards of practice.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing expertise to deliver high-quality patient care, make informed decisions, and coordinate team efforts.
• Ensure compliance with licensure requirements and maintain necessary certifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Active RN license.
• Obtain required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, or others relevant to the unit.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various movements during shifts.
