About the role
This position leads and supports a multidisciplinary team of licensed clinicians in providing clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight to behavioral health providers across CBS programs statewide.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership for a multidisciplinary team supporting individuals with disabilities and/or mental illness in integrated community settings.
- Develop and oversee individualized, interdisciplinary support plans for clients with complex behavioral needs.
- Lead the design and implementation of community-based residential and vocational services that promote independence and integration.
- Recruit, supervise, and develop qualified clinical and support staff across multiple disciplines statewide.
- Ensure coordination of services that support meaningful employment, skill development, and reduced reliance on paid supports over time.
- Provide oversight of clinical service delivery across residential and vocational programs.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and community organizations to support service delivery and resource development.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Psy. D. in Psychology; AND
- Licensure as a Psychologist by the Minnesota Board of Psychology; AND
- One year of post-license experience.

- Support for people with a diverse array of disabilities and conditions, including intellectual or developmental disabilities, genetic disorders, and different types of mental health conditions.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Psy. D. in Psychology; AND
- Licensure as a Psychologist by the Minnesota Board of Psychology; AND
- One year of post-license experience.
