About the role
The Behavioral Health Manager is responsible for overseeing the mental health services provided at our facility. This includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the mental health department
- Manage and train mental health professionals
- Ensure all services comply with state and federal regulations
- Provide support and guidance to clients and their families
- Collaborate with other departments to improve client outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in mental health management
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options
- Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
