About the role
In this high-impact role, you’ll report to our Executive Clinical Leadership team and lead a growing team of behavioral health providers. You’ll work closely with our operations partners to ensure care runs smoothly, while driving clinical quality, enhancing the patient experience, and helping to shape a mission-driven team and care model.
Requirements
- Proven track record solving operational challenges in behavioral health or similar clinical settings
- Balances empathy for staff with structure, accountability, and clear boundaries
- Comfortable with ambiguity; sees opportunity in fast-changing environments
- Natural leader who empowers teams and raises the bar
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or Master’s-level clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
- Active CA license with 7+ years post-licensure experience; open to or already holding multi-state licenses
- Experience in pediatric behavioral health assessments and evidence-based treatment
- 3+ years managing clinical teams, including scheduling, culture, and quality
- Skilled in improving workflows, outcomes, and patient experience
- Collaborative, proactive, and tech-savvy
- Culturally responsive and committed to ongoing learning
- Equipped for secure, remote work
