About the role

Join us at Columbia Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), as we empower Advanced Practice Providers to make a difference in mental health care. We value the expertise of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants as core members of our treatment teams, collaborating across disciplines with in-house therapists. We support your growth through education, supervision, and leadership opportunities, and lead the field with evidence-based treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Work as a team with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services
  • Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato

Requirements

  • Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located
  • Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience (required)
  • Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) (preferred)

Qualifications

  • Experience working in an outpatient setting (preferred)
  • Experience working with clients across the lifespan (preferred)

Pay

The compensation range for this role is $125,000 – $170,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
