Behavioral Health Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)
About the role
Join Columbia Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), to empower Advanced Practice Providers in delivering clinically excellent mental health care. We seek a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative treatment teams, providing psychiatric assessment, psychopharmacological management, and interventional treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Work as a team with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services
- Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato
Requirements
- Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located
- Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience
- Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) preferred
Qualifications
- Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred
- Experience working with clients across the lifespan preferred

Pay
The compensation range for this role is $125,000 – $170,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
