Behavioral Health Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

About the role

We are looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Harmony, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN). You will work collaboratively across disciplines, leveraging evidence-based treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato to deliver real transformation for patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato

Requirements

• Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience
• Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) preferred

Qualifications

• Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred
• Experience working with clients across the lifespan preferred

Pay

The compensation range for this role is $110,000 – $155,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role.
