Behavioral Health Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Aiding facilities and referral sources with administrative tasks such as patient consents.
• Presenting information about ViaQuest’s services to various groups and individuals.
• Visiting facilities, setting up meetings, attending conferences, and marketing events.
• Distributing company literature and building relationships within the community.
• Tracking referral data and follow-up with both referral sources and patients.
• Collaborating with internal teams to market current and new programs.
• Coordinating promotional activities with ViaQuest’s Marketing Department.
• Responding to inquiries, complaints, and questions from families, referral sources, and community providers.
• Conducting research to identify and promote potential opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience working in or with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) is preferred.
• Two years of sales and marketing experience within the healthcare field is preferred.
• A strong ability to communicate effectively, including a comfortable level with public speaking.
• An exceptional level of customer service.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude.
