Responsibilities
- Assisting facilities/referral sources with administrative duties including consenting patients for services.
- Presenting information about our services to groups and individuals.
- Visiting with facilities, establishing meetings, attending conferences/marketing events, distributing company literature and developing relationships in the community.
- Tracking referral data and outcomes.
- Tracking and following up with referral sources and patients to ensure quality services are being delivered.
- Collaborate with internal teams to market current and new programs.
- Coincide company promotional activities with ViaQuest Marketing Department.
- Respond to questions, complaints, and inquiries from families, referral sources and community providers as appropriate.
- Research opportunities to exhibit and promote services directly.
Requirements
- Experience working in/with SNFs preferred.
- Two years of sales and marketing experience within the healthcare field is preferred.
- Strong communication and a comfort level with public speaking.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive, go-getter attitude.

Pay
$52,000 annual salary
Schedule
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with flexibility as needed
