We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Our Story" (company description) maybe not needed as a section? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes: "Our Story" (company overview) maybe could be "About the role"? Actually "Our Story" is about company, not role. Could be omitted? The instruction says we can use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. We have: - Role description: "The Role: The Behavioral Crisis Prevention Instructor..." plus "What You Get to Do Every Day:" list of duties. That's responsibilities. - Requirements: "You Need to Have:" list. - Preferred qualifications: "We’d Love to See:" list. - Benefits: "What We Offer:" list. - Pay: Not specified (just "Competitive salary" but no amount). The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It says "Competitive salary" is a statement but not a specific number. Is that enough? It says "Competitive salary" is a benefit statement. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It says "Competitive salary" is stating pay exists but not specific. Might be considered stating pay? Probably we should not create a Pay section because it's not a specific amount. The instruction: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". "Competitive salary" is similar to placeholder? It's vague but not exactly those. Safer to not create Pay section. - Schedule: Not specified. - Benefits: We have "What We Offer:" includes Competitive salary, Comprehensive benefits package, 401(k), PTO, Health & Wellness Days, Paid Volunteer Time Off, Continuing education and training, Hybrid or remote work schedule, Paid Parental Leave. That's specific enough for Benefits section. Thus sections: Responsibilities (maybe heading "Responsibilities"), Requirements (maybe "Requirements"), Qualifications (maybe "Qualifications" or "Preferred Qualifications"? We have both required and preferred. Could combine? The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could have "Requirements" for required, and "Preferred Qualifications" for preferred. Or combine into "Requirements" and "Qualifications". Let's do: Requirements (mandatory), Qualifications (preferred). Benefits section. Also maybe include an "About the role" section? The role description is already covered in Responsibilities. Could also include a short paragraph about role as prose before list. But we can put role description in a

under Responsibilities heading. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Behavioral Crisis Prevention Instructor". Good. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep all details from lists. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. So cut the equal opportunity paragraph. Also remove "Our Story" maybe? It's company overview; could be considered background but not required. The instruction: include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. "Our Story" is specific content about company. Could we include an "About the company" section? Not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could put company overview under "About the role"? Not exactly. Might be better to omit it, as it's not required heading. But we must preserve ALL substantive information. If we omit company overview, we lose info. However maybe it's considered boilerplate? It's not boilerplate; it's about the organization. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. It does not say to remove company overview. So we should keep it. But we don't have a heading for it in allowed list. Could we use

for "About the role" and put company overview there? That would be misleading. Perhaps we can treat "Our Story" as "About the role"? Not accurate. Alternative: we could create a section with heading "About the role" and include both role description and company overview? But the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive list? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect those headings only. So we should map content to those headings. Company overview could go under "About the role"? Might be acceptable as it's about the role's context. But better to include a short paragraph under "About the role" describing the company and role. However the role description already given. Could combine. Let's structure:

We should not include Pay or Schedule sections. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not included EEO etc. Make sure we preserve all substantive information: Did we miss any? Let's review original text: Our Story paragraph: captured. As a member of the team, you can expect to: ... captured as bullet? Actually we put as prose sentences. We captured the three bullet points: "Make a difference through your work — You’ll be proud to tell your family and friends what you do", "Gain significant career experience within a fast‑growing organization — From entry‑level roles to executive leadership", "Feel fulfilled and have fun — We work hard but make time to build meaningful relationships and celebrate wins". We included them as sentences separated by em dash? We wrote them as sentences with em dash? We wrote: "Make a difference through your work — You’ll be proud to tell your family and friends what you doGain significant career experience within a fast‑growing organization — From entry‑level roles to executive leadershipFeel fulfilled and have fun — We work hard but make time to build meaningful relationships and celebrate wins". Actually we missed spaces and punctuation. Need to fix. Let's rewrite that paragraph properly. Also we missed the sentence: "At CPI, we are dedicated to changing behaviors and reducing conflict for the Care, Welfare, Safety, and Security of everyone. We believe empathy, meaningful connections, personal safety, and security are the antidotes to fear and anxiety. This philosophy is central to everything we do and traces back to our beginning." We included that. Now ensure we didn't lose any detail from responsibilities list: we captured all bullet points. Check "You Need to Have:" list: we captured all. Check "We’d Love to See:" list: captured. Check "What We Offer:" list: captured. Check any other details: The role description paragraph includes "The Behavioral Crisis Prevention Instructor, also referred to as Global Professional Instructor (GPI), is responsible for delivering CPI’s high‑impact core programming and ancillary programs while creating a superior customer experience for training participants. The GPI serves as a strategic training subject matter expert (SME) who understands the full life cycle of CPI offerings. This role supports CPI Certified Instructors (CIs) with preparation, facilitation, and classroom management, delivering training in standardized formats and collaborating across departments to drive learning, culture, and performance. The GPI interacts with program participants and their designees and maintains frequent communication both internally and externally." We included that. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO
