Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a dedicated Masters-Level Therapist to provide community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families impacted by trauma. Position Summary

The Therapist provides assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in community-based environments. This role focuses on strength-based, child-centered, and family-focused care that supports emotional and behavioral development. Services are delivered in settings such as homes, schools, and community locations, requiring flexibility and strong collaboration. Key responsibilities include conducting clinical and behavioral assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing individual and family therapy aligned with treatment goals, collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams, monitoring client progress, updating treatment plans as needed, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, participating in treatment team meetings and care coordination, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders involved in care.

Qualifications

  • Candidates Must Meet One Of The Following:
  • Licensed psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker
  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Behavior Specialist with a graduate degree including clinical practicum
  • Graduate degree with at least 1 year of full-time mental health direct service experience with children
  • Graduate degree with a completed clinical practicum and at least 9 clinical credit hours in a related field
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Able to travel locally (100% travel required for community-based services)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with children and adolescents impacted by trauma
  • Background in community-based or in-home therapy services
  • Strong collaboration with schools and community partners

Work Location

This is an in-person, community-based position serving multiple counties in Pennsylvania. Candidates must be able to travel extensively and relocate to Milton, PA (17847) prior to starting if needed.
