About the Role

As a Master's Level Behavioral Consultant at ViaQuest Community Solutions, you will be part of one of Indiana's most respected behavioral support teams. Your role will involve providing individualized behavioral support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them thrive within their communities.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Providing direct support services to clients in home and community-based settings
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all services provided
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Assessing and addressing behavioral challenges to promote positive outcomes
- Engaging in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field
- At least two years of relevant experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and strategies for managing challenging behaviors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for full-time positions)
