About the role
ViaQuest Community Solutions (VCS) offers a range of services including home and community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Behavioral Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping these individuals thrive.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
- Provide therapeutic interventions to promote positive behavior change
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document progress and communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated on best practices and research in behavioral health
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Current license to practice as a Behavioral Consultant in Indiana
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for making a difference in people’s lives
Qualifications
- Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavioral health
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and other relevant software
Skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
