Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Providing individualized behavioral support plans
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies
- Assessing and monitoring client progress
- Documenting interventions and progress in a user-friendly electronic system
- Adapting to the unique needs and behaviors of each client
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field
- At least two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for part-time positions)
Qualifications

- Experience with Medicaid Waiver programs
- Knowledge of Indiana regulations and guidelines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and occasional evenings and weekends

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This role offers both full-time and part-time options, with the possibility of PRN work. Exact schedules will vary based on client needs and agency requirements.
