Behavioral Analyst (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized intervention plans.
• Providing supervision and clinical oversight for ABA services.
• Analyzing data to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary team members to support skill development and behavior change.
• Training and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and participating in care planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and applicable state licensure or eligibility.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
