Responsibilities
- Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized intervention plans.
- Providing supervision and clinical oversight for ABA services.
- Analyzing data to optimize treatment outcomes.
- Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary team members to support skill development and behavior change.
- Training and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and participating in care planning.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification and applicable state licensure or eligibility.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
