Role Overview

The position is for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) working primarily in a home-based setting to support children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in various settings
  • Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across multiple domains
  • Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Train parents and caregivers, collaborate with treatment teams, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Adjust treatment plans based on client progress

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Experience with electronic systems like CentralReach preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Details

  • Caseload typically includes 10–14 clients with dedicated RBT support
