Role Overview
The position is for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) working primarily in a home-based setting to support children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in various settings
- Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across multiple domains
- Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Train parents and caregivers, collaborate with treatment teams, and ensure accurate documentation
- Adjust treatment plans based on client progress
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Experience with electronic systems like CentralReach preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Details
- Caseload typically includes 10–14 clients with dedicated RBT support
