Behavior Analyst - Full-Time

About the role

This position is responsible for leading ABA therapy services in a clinic-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 8-12 patients
• Conduct assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise behavior technicians
• Coach and empower parents and caregivers to implement ABA principles at home
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team including speech-language, occupational, and physical therapists to coordinate care

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification or in the process of obtaining it
• Experience in creating and supervising treatment plans for skill acquisition and behavior reduction
