Behavior Analyst - Full-Time

About the role

This is an in-person role focused on delivering individualized behavioral intervention services to clients on the autism spectrum within a private organization. The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide training in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Develop written guidelines, teaching plans, and individual goals for clients' treatment plans.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Supervise and train behavioral therapists and family members.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all behavior treatment plans.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA).
• Current BCBA certification.
