About the Role
Join our team as a Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within an outpatient ABA program, focusing on personalized treatment for children with autism. You will lead a team of behavior technicians, conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and guide implementation to achieve meaningful outcomes. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams—including speech, occupational, and physical therapists—is essential to coordinate comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of 8-12 patients
- Coaching caregivers on ABA principles
- Ensuring effective therapy delivery
Qualifications
- Hold an active BCBA certification or be preparing for the exam shortly
- Experience in developing skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans
- Experience supervising technicians
