Behavior Analyst - Full-Time

About the Role

Lead a team in a clinic setting with predictable schedules, providing exceptional, individualized care to children with autism. This role offers opportunities for clinic ownership, mentorship, continuing education, and interdisciplinary collaboration with speech, occupational, and physical therapists.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 8-12 patients
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Coach behavior technicians and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification or exam candidate
• Experience creating skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans
• Experience supervising technicians
