About the role
You will make a difference in children's lives every day while working in a supportive, team-focused environment and receive extensive training to become a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in our center using Applied Behavior Analysis and Precision Teaching principles
- Collaborate closely with your team to teach learners on the autism spectrum new adaptive behaviors, including language, functional communication, play skills, pro-social behaviors, and self-help skills
- Build strong, compassionate relationships with children and families
- Implement individualized treatment plans with supervision from a BCBA
Requirements

- Reliable, professional, and kind communication
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus
Qualifications
- Initial and ongoing training provided
- Ongoing skill development through in-person coaching from a mission-driven team
- Guaranteed hours for both full-time and part-time positions
- A consistent weekday schedule with no evening or weekend shifts
- Primary work at one center with minimal travel
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay
$18.50 - $19.50 per hour (training), then $20.50 - $21.50 per hour (after training)
Schedule
Weekdays only, block schedules between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM
