As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you'll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism. Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills. Work in homes or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence.
• Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
• Offer encouragement and care during sessions.
• Create a safe, structured learning environment.
• Collect and record data to guide treatment.
• Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (college preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to successfully complete all onboarding requirements.
• Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.
• Experience with children/autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.

Pay & Schedule

Compensation: $25–35/hr (based on experience). Part-Time (15–20 hrs/week). Afternoons/Evenings (3–4 hrs/day, vary by client).

Bronx, NY: M–F: 4/4:30–7/7:30PM

New Rochelle, NY: Opening 1: M–F: 4:30–7:30PM | Opening 2: M–F: 4–6PM & Sat 9AM–12PM

Yonkers, NY: M–F: 3:30–6:30PM
