About the role
As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism. Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills. Work in homes or community settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Build skills, manage behaviors, and foster independence.
- Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
- Offer encouragement and care during sessions.
- Create a safe, structured learning environment.
- Collect and record data to guide treatment.
- Participate in supervision and professional growth.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (college preferred).
- Authorized to work in the United States and able to complete all onboarding requirements.
- Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.
- Experience with children/autism preferred.
- Reliable transportation, strong communication, and comfort with technology.
Schedule
Afternoon/Evening shifts (3–4 hrs/day, vary by client):
- Jersey City, NJ: M–F 4–7 PM
- West New York, NJ: M–F 2–5 PM
- North Bergen, NJ: M–F 4–7 PM & Sat 10 AM–1 PM
- North Bergen, NJ: M–F 3:30–7:30 PM
Pay
$20–30/hr (based on experience)
