About the role
Average shifts are 3-4 hours per day, varying by client. Schedules are available in Orange, Newark, and West Orange, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Adventure Guide: Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Behavior Navigator & Skill Scout: Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence.
- Team Explorer: Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
- Calm Captain: Create a safe, structured learning environment.
- Progress Compass: Collect and record data to guide treatment.
- Learning Navigator: Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (college preferred).
- Authorized to work in the United States and able to successfully complete all onboarding requirements.
- Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.
- Experience with children/autism preferred.
- Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.
