Behavior Technician / RBT (Bonus Opportunity)
A bilingual premium of $1.00/hour is offered when matched with bilingual-required client sessions (Spanish/English or other languages). Bonuses of $500–$1,000 are available based on experience.
Schedule
Variable part-time shifts available. Must be available for one of the following Monday–Friday schedules:
- 8:00am–5:00pm
- 9:00am–6:00pm
- 12:00pm–7:00pm
- 3:00pm–7:00pm
Pay
$20.00–$25.00/hour, with an increase for RBT certification. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement are provided.

Responsibilities
- Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills to children with autism spectrum disorder
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- Provide one-on-one support in client homes and other locations
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
- Help children develop essential life skills (motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social and emotional skills)
- Frequently get up and down from the floor and move quickly
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
- A heart for helping kids and a calm, steady presence
- Eagerness and energy to play
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Tech savviness to learn data collection software and use basic office software
- Fluent in English; Spanish fluency strongly preferred
No prior experience is necessary—we provide training. Candidates with backgrounds as nannies, paraprofessionals, teachers, CNAs, personal attendants, daycare/childcare workers, babysitters, caregivers, aides, or those who have studied psychology, social work, or sociology are encouraged to apply.
