Behavior Technician / RBT (Bonus Opportunity)

Earn a $500–$1000 bonus based on your experience. Variable part-time shifts are available for everyone from entry-level Behavior Technicians to seasoned RBTs—speak with a recruiter to find the schedule that fits your availability.

Schedule

Must be available 8:00 am–5:00 pm or 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday.

Pay

• $18.00–$24.00 per hour
• Pay increase for RBT certification

Responsibilities

• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
• Help children develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social, and emotional skills
• Frequently get up and down from the floor and move quickly

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs—include this on your resume or application
• A heart for helping kids
• A calm, steady presence
• Eagerness and energy to play
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
• Tech savviness to learn our data-collection software and use basic office software
