A $500–$1000 bonus for candidates based on experience.
Schedule
Variable part-time shifts available. Must have one of these availabilities Monday–Friday:
- 8:00 am–5:00 pm
- 9:00 am–6:00 pm
- 12:00 pm–7:00 pm
- 3:00 pm–7:00 pm
Pay
- $18.50–$23.00 per hour
- Increase for RBT certification
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities
- Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
- Help children develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social and emotional skills
- Get up and down from the floor often and move quickly
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
- A heart for helping kids
- A calm, steady presence
- Eagerness and energy to play
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Tech savviness to learn data-collection software and use basic office software
If you’ve worked as a nanny, paraprofessional, teacher, CNA, personal attendant, daycare/childcare worker, babysitter, caregiver, or aide—or studied psychology, social work, or sociology—you’re already halfway there!
