Behavior Technician / RBT (Bonus Opportunity)
About the Role
We have variable part-time shifts available for entry-level Behavior Technicians up to seasoned RBTs. Speak with a recruiter to see which suits your availability best. Must have availability 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday.
You will make a difference in the life of a child by using play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
Responsibilities
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
- Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social, and emotional skills
- Get up and down off the floor often, move quickly
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
- A heart for helping kids
- A calm, steady presence
- Eagerness and energy to play
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Tech savviness—learn our data collection software and use basic office software
No experience? No problem! We'll teach you everything you need to know. If you've ever worked as a nanny, paraprofessional, teacher, CNA, personal attendant, daycare, childcare, babysitter, caregiver, or aide, or studied psychology, social work, or sociology, you're already halfway there!

Pay
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour, with an increase for RBT certification.
