Cabot Heights provides behavioral health services to boys aged 13 to 17 in a group home residential setting.
Behavior Health Technician Manager Role
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential program: staffing coverage, active treatment program planning, and compliance.
- Provide direct supervision of staff to ensure the delivery of quality services.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field.
- At least three (3) years’ experience working directly with seriously emotionally disturbed children.
- Two (2) years’ supervisory experience.
- Ability to provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring services.
- Passing organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and insurability under the corporate policy.
Compensation
Base pay ranges from $20.2255 - $21.8558 an hour based on experience.
