Responsibilities

• Teach children new skills like communication, sharing, or following directions through fun games or activities.
• Encourage progress and celebrate small victories every day.
• Maintain energy and engage with children during sessions.
• Track progress and document sessions for clients.
• Collaborate with a team to help families see real progress and hope.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED completed
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
• A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos

Pay

• $18-$24/hr
• Spanish speakers earn an additional $0.50/hr

Schedule

• Part-time (up to 20 hours)
• Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm
• Sessions may vary based on client needs
