Behavior Technician Childcare Experience Needed

Responsibilities
- Teach children new skills like communication, sharing, or following directions through fun games or activities.
- Encourage progress and celebrate small victories every day.
- Maintain energy and enthusiasm during sessions.
- Track and document work done and child's progress.
- Collaborate with a team to help families see real progress and hope.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED completed and at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college courses).
- Six (6) months of experience working with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)
- Reliable car, driver's license, and insurance.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Pass background and health checks.
