Behavior Technician – Autism ABA

Role: Nepali Speaking Behavior Technician Responsibilities Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in various settings, including home, school, and community.Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising clinician.Collect accurate behavior data to monitor progress.Follow behavior intervention strategies to support skill development.Assist with daily living and communication skills development.Collaborate closely with families and the care team to ensure effective support.Maintain high ethical and quality standards in all duties.Participate in paid training, ongoing coaching, and career development within a structured clinical framework. Qualifications & Skills Fluency in Nepali and ability to communicate effectively.Strong understanding of ABA principles and strategies.Excellent observational and data collection skills.Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.Commitment to ethical practices and high-quality service delivery.
