About the role
Provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities. Implement personalized behavior plans, collect data, support skill development, and empower families through training and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Implement personalized behavior plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress towards goals
- Support skill development through positive reinforcement techniques
- Empower families with training and guidance
- Travel to clients' homes as needed
Requirements
- 6 months/1 year of in-home ABA experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Patience and empathy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Skills
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to work with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
