Behavior Technician – ABA / Autism

About the role

Provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities. Implement personalized behavior plans, collect data, support skill development, and empower families through training and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Implement personalized behavior plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress towards goals
• Support skill development through positive reinforcement techniques
• Empower families with training and guidance
• Travel to clients' homes as needed

Requirements

• 6 months/1 year of in-home ABA experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass a background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Patience and empathy
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Skills

• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to work with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
