About the role
Provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities. Implement personalized behavior plans, collect data, support skill development, and empower families through training and compassion.

Requirements
- In need of a bilingual person who has 6 months/1 year of in-home ABA experience
- Competitive Pay – Up to $26/hour based on experience and RBT certification
- Entry-Level Training – No experience? No problem! We provide training to get you started
- Mileage Reimbursement – Travel is part of the role, and we’ve got you covered
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Pass a background check
