About the role
We are looking for candidates with a bachelor's degree only to join our team at Developmental Pathways, Inc. Since 1999, we've been providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to help children thrive and support families affected by Autism.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Implement personalized behavior plans and collect data to support skill development.
- Empower families through training and compassionate support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- No prior experience necessary. We provide training to get you started.
- Flexible scheduling options available: afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Qualifications
- Passionate about working with children and supporting families affected by Autism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in ABA.
