Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for working with children and families affected by Autism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred but not required
Skills
- Strong observational and assessment skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of child development and behavior principles
