Behavior Consultant/Mobile Therapist

About the role

Enhance the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities through evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on client needs.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support.
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Valid state license to practice ABA or equivalent certification.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
