Behavior Consultant/Mobile Therapist

About the role

Enhance the lives of individuals with autism through evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Collaborate with families to develop home programs
• Conduct progress assessments and modify treatment plans accordingly
• Participate in team meetings to discuss case progress and plan next steps

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Valid Texas teaching certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a drug screening test
• Pass a physical examination
