Behavior Consultant/Mobile Therapist

About the role

Enhance the lives of individuals with autism through evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Develop and implement behavior plans based on client needs.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support clients' progress.
• Conduct regular assessments and progress evaluations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Valid state license/certification in ABA or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually.
