About the role
The Behavior Analyst's Administrative Assistant at Chrysalis is responsible for supporting the care and support of the people we serve. Duties include conducting observations and treatment integrity, data input, organizing information, creating token boards or other supplemental materials, and assisting with communication among team members.

- Travel to residential home settings and day programs to ask staff questions, verify data collection procedures, and talk with individuals we serve
Requirements
- At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Punctuality and consistent attendance required
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Supervisory skills, prioritization, and accurate completion of assigned documentation
- Public relations skills with various professionals and state employees
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and data base use, and basic math skills

Pay
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule
Behavior Assistant must be available at least 30 hours per week and able to travel to all homes in the area.
Training and Certifications
- Completes all initial and on-going training requirements within established time frames
- Completes annual CPR, First Aid, and OSHA training
- Obtains and maintains SOAR certification
Miscellaneous
- Serve as an official representative of Chrysalis and market a positive image
- Follow the Provider Code of Conduct
- Other duties as assigned by Clinical Director, Behavior Analyst, Associate Director, and/or Area Director
