About the role
Total Spectrum is seeking a BCaBA to provide high-quality, evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in behavior treatment and be committed to delivering individualized, person-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients, as-needed
- Provide clinical direction to technicians, as-needed
- Assist behavior analysts in protocol modification, assessments, family treatment guidance, treatment planning and clinical programming
- Follow guidelines regarding time spent on non-billable activities
- Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability
- Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
- Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
- Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
- Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or expected to sit for the BCaBA exam in the next three months
- Supervision hours in progress or completed (as outlined by the BACB requirements)
- Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
