Behavior Analyst (ABA)

Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities Provide high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities in various settings.Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Design behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.Offer clinical oversight to RBTs and behavior therapists.Perform parent training and collaborate with schools and providers.Analyze data and report on treatment outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.Experience in ABA therapy for children with autism and related disabilities.Strong skills in behavior assessment, program development, and data analysis.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
