Behavior Analyst (Autism ABA)

Role: Provide evidence-based ABA services to children with autism and related disorders in home and community settings. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and update individualized instructional programs.Monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly.Train and supervise paraprofessionals to ensure proper implementation of behavior plans.Collaborate with families and treatment teams to support communication, social, and daily living skills development. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to develop and adapt treatment plans based on client needs.Experience working with children with autism preferred.
