About the role

Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing clinical leadership for ABA services to children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Conducting diagnostic-informed assessments to identify individual needs.
• Designing and supervising personalized ABA treatment plans.
• Providing direct support and consultation to families.
• Mentoring and training behavior technicians and BCBAs to ensure clinical excellence.
• Analyzing data to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in both center-based and in-home environments.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
