Behavior Analyst – Autism ABA

Role: Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and related disorders. Responsibilities Develop and monitor individualized instructional programs and behavior plans.Deliver direct therapy to clients effectively.Train and supervise paraprofessionals in implementing treatment plans.Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to support personalized care strategies. Qualifications & Skills: Strong understanding of ABA techniques, excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, and experience in behavior analysis preferred.
