About the role
Join our team to help individuals overcome challenges. The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) develops and supervises behavior intervention and treatment plans tailored to children with autism.
Responsibilities
- Assess learners through various assessments
- Create individualized goals and implement behavior intervention plans
- Monitor progress and provide direct therapy when needed
- Conduct parent training
- Supervise staff and support training initiatives
- Participate in team meetings
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field, preferably in Applied Behavior Analysis
- BCBA certification via BACB
- Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a BCaBA or supervised training hours
- At least 2 years working with youth with autism spectrum disorder
Skills
- Developing and supervising individualized treatment and behavior plans
- Monitoring learner progress and providing feedback
- Conducting assessments like ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and Vineland
- Training and supervising staff and parents
- Supporting staff development and team collaboration
