ABA Behavior Analyst

About the role

Join our team to help individuals overcome challenges. The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) develops and supervises behavior intervention and treatment plans tailored to children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Assess learners through various assessments
• Create individualized goals and implement behavior intervention plans
• Monitor progress and provide direct therapy when needed
• Conduct parent training
• Supervise staff and support training initiatives
• Participate in team meetings

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field, preferably in Applied Behavior Analysis
• BCBA certification via BACB
• Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a BCaBA or supervised training hours
• At least 2 years working with youth with autism spectrum disorder

Skills

• Developing and supervising individualized treatment and behavior plans
• Monitoring learner progress and providing feedback
• Conducting assessments like ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and Vineland
• Training and supervising staff and parents
• Supporting staff development and team collaboration
