Qualifications
- You are currently working with individuals with special needs and want to use your ABA knowledge in a different setting.
- You want to work with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- You have experience as an RBT and you want to further develop your skills.
- You value the freedom to schedule your own clients and not being micromanaged.
- You have the ability to prioritize tasks and independently manage time and tasks.
- You have the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- You have thorough knowledge of applied behavior analysis.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and make recommendations based on those assessments.
- Analyze data, write, and revise behavior-analytic treatment plans, train others to implement components of treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of treatment plans.
- Provide direct services daily to clients with a variety of needs, including improvements in organizational functioning, skill deficits, and problem behavior.
- Develop/review/revise behavior assessment and support plans for new residents, annuals, or 30 days, including functional assessments, intervention strategies, proactive strategies, and replacement behavior.
- Document all client sessions including case notes, date/time and duration spent with each client.
- Commuting to each assigned location to serve your individual.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Required - Bachelors degree
- Preferred - Fluent in Spanish
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Maintain the ability to commute to each assigned location in the Central Valley.
- Prolonged periods of driving.
Other Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must have active auto insurance.
- Must have own working vehicle.

(You schedule your own 8 hour day - Monday-Friday. Availability open between 8 am-6 pm. Schedule will vary based on your assigned individuals needs)
You have the ability to prioritize tasks and independently manage time and tasks.
You have the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of applied behavior analysis.
Proficient with Microsoft Office

- Document all client sessions including case notes, date/time and duration spent with each client.
- Commuting to each assigned location to serve your individual.
- Other duties as assigned.
