About the role
Flex Behavioral Health Services and positive behavioral supports are provided by Master’s-level Behavior Intervention Specialists (BIS).
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from a program in a clinical or treatment field of psychology, social work, school psychology, or applied psychology.
Responsibilities
- Provide services designed to maximize the intellectual, social, and emotional development and functioning of individuals receiving services under the supervision of an Assistant Director of Psychology and Ph.D. licensed psychologist.
- Practice and promote the agency’s mission statement in every interaction.
- Provide ongoing support to people in becoming active participants in every aspect of their lives and to ensure that a high quality of life is maintained.
