Before And After School Site Director - Central Region

About the role

We are currently filling Site Director positions in Hamilton Southeastern Schools for our Before and After School programs. Site Directors are responsible for the management and leadership of the program, fostering social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth while demonstrating the core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect with program participants.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff team
• Provide behavior management support for students
• Maintain communication between staff and families in the program
• Create innovative, inclusive lesson plans to help students learn and grow every day

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High levels of organization, energy, and fun
